Welcome to AIAI.com ("we," "our," or "the Platform"). By using our website, Chrome extension (AITab), or mobile apps (AIAI App), you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such organization to these terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these Terms.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Account Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or damage the Platform or any other user’s use of the Platform
• Upload or share any unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, accounts, systems, or networks
3.3 Content Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you upload or generate, including images, text, and other media ("User Content").
By uploading or generating content through the Platform, you grant AIAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and process such content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Platform, including displaying content within the Community or Inspiration modules, subject to your selected plan.
4. Community Publishing and Content Visibility
4.1 Community Publishing (Free Users)
By using the Platform as a free user, you acknowledge and agree that content generated using the free version of the Service may be reviewed and published by AIAI in its community, gallery, or inspiration sections (collectively, the "Community").
Such publication is intended to showcase examples, inspire other users, and demonstrate the capabilities of the Platform.
AIAI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, approve, reject, remove, or decline to publish any content, and to edit, crop, or display content in a non-material manner for presentation purposes.
4.2 Publishing Controls for Paid Users
Users on paid subscription plans may be granted additional controls, including the ability to choose whether generated content is published in the Community, subject to the features of the selected plan. Specific publishing and privacy options are described on the pricing page and may change from time to time.
5. Content Retention and Deletion
5.1 Free Users Content generated by free users cannot be deleted by the user once it has been generated.
By continuing to use the free version of the Platform, you understand and agree that: • Generated content may be retained on AIAI servers • Approved content may remain publicly accessible within the Community • Requests for deletion of free user content may not be supported
5.2 Paid Users Paid users may have access to additional content management or deletion features, subject to the limitations of their subscription plan.
6. License to Use the Platform
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform, subject to these Terms of Service. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise specified in your subscription plan. You may not sublicense, lease, rent, or distribute the Platform or any part of it.
7. Prohibited Activities You agree not to:
Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code from the Platform, except as permitted by applicable law
• Use the Platform for any unlawful or harmful purposes
• Use automated systems or software to access the Platform, such as scraping, data mining, or robots
• Engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Platform
8. Payment and Subscriptions
Some features of the Platform may require payment or a subscription. If you choose to subscribe to any paid services, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
We reserve the right to change subscription fees and pricing at any time. You will be notified of any pricing changes in advance.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and you acknowledge that content previously generated may remain retained or published in accordance with these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. We make no warranties or representations regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Platform.
We are not responsible for any third-party content or links that may be available through the Platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability in connection with the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to use the Platform in the last 12 months.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your Country, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of our Jurisdiction.
14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
If a dispute arises between you and us regarding the Platform, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. If a resolution cannot be reached, you agree to submit any dispute to binding arbitration in your Jurisdiction, conducted by a single arbitrator.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal data.

In addition to this Privacy Policy, our application is governed by an End User License Agreement (EULA), which outlines the terms and conditions under which you are permitted to use the app.
